There is one private network uses same plmn of public network.they don’t want use public network name, instead they want to display their own.
Understand SIM inbuilt with own operator name
. but some feature like NITZ overcome this.
But how it can be implemented? Either core or RAN?

You can’t do this on CMU, but on proper MMEs you can set the Network Name that’s sent to UEs, but the Service Provider Name on the SIM will override this if it’s set.

The operator question is how the commercial network MMEs broadcast such modified network name without physical sim change.
