NGSM Configuration Fault Alarm

’m facing an alarm on a 3G site (RBS type) with the following issue:

NGSM Configuration Fault
Synchronization=1, NodeGroupSyncMember=1 (Multiple nodes have the same Node Priority)

Any insights on how to resolve this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello!
The cause of the alarm is indicated in the text itself - the same priority is set for NGS. Check the priorities at both stations, who work for NGS. Most often, where is LTE. There should be a higher priority there.

Hi @Youssef_1. syncNodePriority parameter needs to be checked on all nodes involved in NGS configuration. Every Node Group Member must have unique number. Value 1 has highest priority.
