Does anyone have technical material on how NB-IoT and LTE-M signaling is performed to enable the use of PSM and eDRX features in mobile networks? Does anyone have signaling examples from Wireshark analyses or Layer 3 signaling traces?
How does the access procedure work? What are the steps of access and negotiation between the IoT device and the MME for these technologies?
