Mute call issue on Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi)

Dear Experts.

Mute call issue on Voice over WiFi.

Any check points?
I am using VoWifi and most of the time call gets muted.
I want to troubleshoot it.

I am almost sure it’s issue in routing within Core with switching voice traffic from 4G to WiFi Server (forgot what it’s called).

Yes it can be the main issue.

I am suspecting muting is noticeably longer when WiFi coverage is weak and it’s trying to HO from WiFi to LTE.

Pls check Wi-Fi and LTE coverage at location… call might be getting mute because of Wi-Fi to LTE switching.
