More attenuation in L2300 than N3500 at cell edge

Right, for one ssb. For 8 ssbs it will be 8 different sets of weights.

I want to come back with my original query:
Now its clear that with only 1 ssb there is not directional beamforming gain. So why i find high rsrp difference at near cell and less difference at cell edge?

Beacuse beams shape are very different in L2300 and N3500.

Oh…so should I check antenna pattern for normal 4T4R antenna and mmu?

For near the cell site RSRP difference, can you check the Tx power difference on different carriers also? since beamforming gain may apply on both near and far cell cite if the weights are from manufacturing calibration and it divide the coverage into equally angle based beams.
