Hi Guys, do you know the maximum number of MNOs (in MORAN and MOCN) that Ericsson/Huawei/ZTE/Nokia/Samsung can handle with their BBU? What about the supervision? Every MNO has each dedicated supervision or the owner of the infrastruction manged FCAPS things?
Hello @Mansueti, here are my findings:
For both Huawei and ZTE:
In 3G they are using MOCN feature. It support 4 operators sharing resource (1 primary and 3 secondary).
In 4G they are using RAN sharing feature. It support 4 operators sharing one eNodeB (1 primary and 3 secondary).
And I guess it is the same for the remains providers…
Thanks.
Hi Amine, thank you.
One more clarification when you say “In 4G they are using RAN sharing feature…”, do you mean with RAN sharing feature MORAN and/or MOCN?

Hello andrea, i mean both of them. And for the supervision, each operator will define its own O&M dedicated Channels,
Thx.
