The scenario we want to use is the combination of LTE and NR standards, which is performed in the 3480-3540 frequency range.
According to the Ericsson’s document, it is possible to use “Mix Mode” in this frequency range.
But the main problem is that, considering that we use this method and activate the “Mix Mode Radio” and “Mix Mode Baseband” features, it causes interference after the cells of the site are up.
The main question is, is it really possible to use “Mix Mode” on this frequency range or not?
BaseBand 6630 , AIR6488 (Band LTE n42 , Band NR n77)
Mixed mode and DSS are two separate technologies
Mixed mode is possible but LTE and NR should have different frequency blocks on the band (e.g. 3480-3500 for LTE and 3500-3540 for NR)
DSS allows to use same frequency block for bith LTE and NR. However, I dont think Ericsson supports DSS for this band
