Please correct me if I’m wrong. From what I understand, for NSA mode, eNB only handles B1-NR measurement for SN Addition, and the rest of the measurements like A2-NR (SN Release), A3-NR and A5-NR (Inter/Intra-SN HO) are handled by gNB.
But since eNB delivers both the configurations to the UE and measurement results to the gNB from UE, how can eNB decides/knows about the measurement gaps that gNB requires for Inter-freq/Inter-RAT measurements?
