According to 3gpp upto 500 prb (5x20Mhz) can be aggregated using band class F.

In your case, for a contiguous 350prb it has to be defined as CA band class E.

The eNodeB supports a maximum of 8 CC. The number of CCs that can take effect depends on the UE capability

CA<=5 carriers: FDD or TDD both can be Pcell

CA>5 carriers: Pcell must be FDD.
