With below APN AMBR setting, what can be max DL/UL throughput?

apn_ambr
apn_ambr_dl = 254 (0xfe) (8640 kbps)
apn_ambr_ul = 254 (0xfe) (8640 kbps)
oct5_incl = 1 (0x1)
apn_ambr_dl_ext = 232 (0xe8) (220 Mbps)
oct6_incl = 1 (0x1)
apn_ambr_ul_ext = 244 (0xf4) (244 Mbps)
oct7_incl = 1 (0x1)
apn_ambr_dl_ext2 = 5 (0x5) (1508.640000 Mbps)

So answer logically no.
