Major alarm in 2G site "Not enough HW for LCR"

Hello Experts!
We are getting a major alarm in Nokia 2G site “Not enough HW for LCR” and site is down.
Can anyone please tell what could be the issue?

One of the reasons:

  1. It is a faulty sfp or fiber at fsmf or fxdb.

  2. For faulty FBBA or FBBC card.

  3. A faulty sfp or fiber on FBBA or FBBC card.

Update: This error was observed due to power supply issue with the 1800 RRU unit.
