Hello experts,
asking about if we can manage the RB (resource block) in LTE based on the user demand for example the PRB that used for vidoe streaming I think need much more resource than VOIP or web browsing, my question is could we manage the RB based on the user demand to optimize the PRB utilization rate and get the efficient radio resource control, or in LTE already this feature working by default, thanks a lot.
