What is the cause during UE 5G Access for LTE cell does not respond with SgNB Reconfig Complete.
after that the SGNB_REL_REQ sent with the cause of radioNetwork — failure-in-the-radio-interface-procedure(44)
Note: this is happened with a specific Handset only.
