Hi Experts,
Which one of load balancing strategy is better in colocated cells without compromising DL user throughput.
1.MLB (PRB utilization based)
2.By Inter-Freq HO threshold

I believe MLB is better. Using in idle mode for example is quite efficient, not impacting performance directly, and will handle different scenarios.
