L.E-RAB.FailEst.MME...what could be the possible reason for that?

@Cesar_Nunes i think this problem might differ. other’s have found it when they have handover issues. For me, it was caused by a time delay from core network but you can only know for sure by analyzing your trace or enodeB CHR files.

In my case, lots of cells were impacted suddenly by L.E-RAB.FailEst.MME and ERAB setup success rate was hugely impacted. Then I check and found that TNL drop was also very high for those sites from same instance. So, escalated to the Tx team and found out that the Tx utilization on that Tx hub became 95%. After traffic shifting, issue was solved.
