I work with Baicells and Nokia radios, Baicells provides the MIB files so I can monitor them using Zabbix, but Nokia does not provide them, they tie this to the old NETAT, now known as Mantarey, does anyone have any other way to extract this information from Nokia radios without needing NetAT?

Almost impossible. Been working on Nokia radio since 2012 and was trying to bypass NetAct and till this day no luck.
With “new” airscale system there are some KPI that can be read directly on the devices and they can be exported via csv but that is as far as it goes.
Fortunately I work for ISP and we ware obligated to install NetAct so we could monitor stuff in there but also deploy configurations, …
If one want. In the NetAct can be also implemented a feature called SNMP forwarder which forwards KPI’s to other devices but we never implement it. So I can’t comment how it works.
We do have SNMP support on our Nokia FSMF units. However this was enabled by developing and installing custom software on the units via SSH login.
This is not at all simple. -and not recommended for non-software developers.
