KPI formula of DL spectrum efficiency in Huawei

Anyone know how to calculate the KPI formula of DL spectrum efficiency in Huawei?

You can divide cell throughput by cell BW
If you are interested in RB usage then there are KPIs like:
L.ChMeas.PRB.UL.Used.Avg / L.ChMeas.PRB.UL.Avail.

Does DL PRB utilization in Huawei l.ch.meas.prb.dl.used.avg includes all bearer dl used as we have separate formula of VoLTE PRB used QCI1 too.
