IVR system, support user key 7 numbers?

Now I am looking for IVR system tio support my company but I don’t sure that IVR technology can support multical number key?
example when user call to number 777777777 then sound will tell user put a ID number(7 numbers)
when go to level2 have 3 choice …

as I check on internet. all of them can support only one digit . so I don’t sure that it can support 7 digit?
