Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue during IuR testing between a ZTE RNC and a Nokia MCRNC.
In PS-only and CS+PS scenarios, the ZTE RNC sends a Relocation Cancel message. This appears to happen because the relocation request is not acknowledged toward the SGSN.
What parameters, features, or licenses need to be activated or checked to resolve this issue?
Any insights would be appreciated.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest possible root causes and checks to investigate?
