Issue connecting a FWA CPE DEVICE to XCAL software tool

Hi Experts.

I am having issue connecting a FWA CPE DEVICE to XCAL software tool.

Error says… COM port is not recognized.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do… do I suppose to change in binary or something in our device.

Not sure about your specific case. In general to access device com port, you need to have drivers installed and debug enabled if not already so.

Have you checked with Accuver (Innowireless) that CPE chipset is supported by XCAL? Most QC, Samsung would support it, but not all.

Hi Experts! I go even deeper: what does my device need to accomplish to connect to XCAL? Chipset supported… and what else? Is any Android able to connect? only USB ports allowed?
