One way is to disable qci2 at eNB.

eNB configuration mgmt tool, it must have enable / disable option.

Each vendor have different tool.

Just curious… if you disable QCI2, how conversational video will happen in your network?

On which QCI?

And more important: with what QoS since you disabled QCI2?
