It should be in SI, UE will calculate DL path loss, to estimate UL initial power.
What do you mean by Sl?
System information messages.
SI will only show max power configured in the cell for BCCH. But actual power can be calculated with only Power Meter…
2G BCCH is not power control, always transmit at max power.
