Which RNC, 3820 or EVO or so?

No…its >10 release forward.
Keep NodeB max of 17B, however only 16 B features only work.

20Q1 is GA since 02.2020 and we’re about to complete SWU to this version.

There is compatibility matrix in E/// for all Equipments.

The thing is we have BB in mixed mode in many sites supporting 2G/3G/4G and we will start with GRAN.

How can jump 16B to 20.Q? You need to 2 steps at least…

We do first to 19Q4 then migrate sites to ENM before going to 20Q1.
And it’s now clear based on mentionned you: only 16 B features only work…in this case.

Are you using BB 5216 in mixed mode for all three tech 2G/3G/4G ?. Anyways as mentioned above RNC governed features till 16B will be applicable.
