Is Logical Channel Prioritization common / same for DL-SCH and UL-SCH?

Hi All.

In TS 38.321, we have logical channel prioritization underl UL-SCH data transfer (section 5.4.3.1).

But why is something of this sort not exist for DL-SCH.

Does it mean that for UE 3GPP has fixed the spec and for gNB it is proprietary?

Or does it mean that the Logical Channel Prioritization (and other stuff like MAC CEs etc) are common / same for DL-SCH and UL-SCH?

Because scheduler runs in GNB and assigning resources in DL and UL is the job of scheduler.

In UL channel prioritization is done to meet the QOS requirement. 3GPP fixes the QOS requirements, and how to meet these is implementation specific.
