Hello Nokia Experts!

Due to some reason, CM upload is getting failed in Nokia 4G site.

Is it possible to upload the data using SCF file in CM module?

Yes, CM manager import upload then perform preactivation to see the error.

Paste the error you get so perhaps we can help.

This is a Netact issue.

Ask your Netact engineer to solve it.

I got the same error some time ago and Netact engineers solved it.

It’s occuring only in few sites which are working with VSAT.

I got the same error when OM and S1 of site is UP.

Consult your Netact engineer for specific site.

There was some issue with Satellite modem configuration perhaps causing uplink congestion. Resolved after correction.
