Intracell HO failures increased after Huawei BSC migrated to Nokia CORE

Hello experts.
Can I know the reason for the below Huawei GSM…:point_down:
CELL.INTRACELL.HO.FAIL.EXP.TCHH.TRAF?

This value increased after Huawei BSC migrated to Nokia CORE.

Need to check AMR licenses, AMR and non AMR pool definition in core side.
I don’t know Huawei counters but it seems by the name that really intracell HO fails increased.

After migration this value suddenly falls.

It shows that AMR packing unpacking stopped.
What is value of Reverse counter? From HR to FR?

Also HO detect speech ver3 looking wired.

But here point is that Nokia BSC were running in Nokia MSS previously.
But after Huawei BSC migrated to Nokia MSS issue suddenly risen.
