Inter MME handover failures

Hello all,
I am facing Inter MME handover failures sightly degraded, what can be possible reasons?
Huawei vendor.

Hi , check sctppeer second IP it should be like as its neighbors and external definition also , check interface definition for deferent MME it should be s10 interface

The issue resolved,
It was due wrong TAC defination in NBR EutranExternalCell.
After Audit discrepancy removal, inter MME HO back to normal trend
