For MDT feature is it possible to capture indoor samples or outdoor only possible?
Think MDT is agnostic to that. Dont think MDT request lat/long information from UE. Lat/long is only measurement which gets impacted indoor. But all other measurements should be same.
MDT means GPS MR so if indoor can receive GPS then yes but usually in indoor we don’t have much chances for GPS.
Because at the time of processing the data it will only use GPS MR in MDT and in GEO data contains all GPS and without GPS this is what I understand.
