Hello Experts.

In NSA, is idle mode UE connected with 5G?

Or is UE connected with 4G till it idle and when it make any call and b1threshold is meeting then only it connects to 5G?

Idle mode is with 4G, and when traffic exceeds threshold, 5G cell is activated.

There is some threshold which UE should get for adding 5G cell as a secondary.

Yes that is B1thresholdnrrsrp in Nokia.

As per my observation on Ericsson network, if we OFF data then UE deactivate NR cell.

In NSA, adding 5G cell is done at RRC level, so when UE is in idle mode in 4G, 5G is not connected

Agree, I think would be same for other networks as well, as the purpose of adding NR cell in NSA is to increase the data rate. And if data is turned off Secondary cell( be it NR with NSA or LTE with CA) would not be useful
