I'm trying to get where the tower is from those information

In order the direct my antenna towards the tower, I’m trying to find where the tower is from those information:

Is it possible ? I’m in Quebec, Canada.

These information is displayed from broadcasted SIB’s. With these info one can’t get tower direction.

Unfortunately no. You can try move your antenna to different positions and look how changes RSRP value for 4G or RSCP value for 3G (If your App not showing RSCP for 3G you can use RSSI). Values closer to 0 - better signal. (For example, RSRP or RSCP or RSSI = -90 is better signal than -100.
