Yes this parameter.

RACH will improve if you reduce B1 NR threshold.

Don’t make it -128 dBm, make it -116 dBm.

It is ok, don’t worry. It is band dependent.

Huawei use sometime even -156 dBm

So don’t worry about -115.

Almost all bands in LTE are having minus 115 or minus 108.

I think once a beam fails it is hard to recover no mater of timer.

As I mentioned before: some MNO use 40msec for N78 and 320msec or even 640msec for N1 to prioritize n78 addition.

So N78 B1 event will be reported first.
