A 5G NSA question:
If NC-NR service parameter not set for a PGW in an APN DNS record, does 5G still work for that APN if everything else 5G enabled?
I.e. UE, MME, HSS, SGW, PGW?
In other words: is service parameter used just for selection if there are PGWs not supporting 5G in the network?
Will the 5G capable device attempt for 5G radio bearer?
