IE with how many BWPs max supported per numerology by the UE

Is there an IE telling how many BWPs max supported per numerology by the UE?

bwp-SameNumerology

Defines type A/B BWP adaptation (up to 2/4 BWPs) with the same numerology, via DCI and timer. For the UE capable of this feature, the bandwidth of a UE-specific RRC configured BWP includes the bandwidth of the CORESET#0 (if CORESET#0 is present) and SSB for PCell and PSCell (if configured). For SCell(s), the bandwidth of the UE-specific RRC configured BWP includes SSB, if there is SSB on SCell(s).

And is 4 in UL/DL.

4 is max bwp for all numerologies.
For same numerology can be 2 or 4 according to param IE bwp-SameNumerology.

I found it present IE in following 5G smartphones:

Missing in others so there must be some default value for it.

The latest x60 seem to restrict BWP for same numerology to 2.
Quite strange to downgrade cap, earlier it used to be 4.
