Update: Solved the problem Team!
eNB not send EventB1 more to N1, só there is no SGNB ADD REQ sent to gNB.
We applied this configuration…Now the UE still reporting the B3_N1(DL)_N78(DL_UL), but now, as eNB knows that N1 has only DL (abnormal), it not send more SGNB ADD REQ with this configuration to gNB.
OBS: We have active only B3 and N1 our network.
