One of the most difficult troubleshooting is to identify Non-RAN issues. These are the issues that can exist over Backhaul, Transmission Network, Core Network, Applications or Servers. Such issues require end to end tracing and tools that need lots of resources. So, in this session, I have shown a simple way to identify such issues by using a couple of RAN KPIs.
