Is Huawei “SmartCare” solution a multivendor tool?
Means, is it possible to connect Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Samsun on the same “SmartCare” platform?
Huawei SmartCare is originally aimed at CEM Market, they boasted that they have multi vendor capability.
And they have done it somewhere as a trial / for reference.
But widespread adoption never took off till now…

Yes, SmartCare system with probes collect data directly from the interfaces (S1-U, gn, gp, gx, gy, Sxa, sxb, etc.) irrespective of the vendor!!
Several Operator have multi vendor systems like Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson - all connected through SmartCare.
Solution is not cheap… but it is worthy!!!

Huawei Discovery is also part of Smartcare Suite now, so you can have E2E analysis as it include radio KPI as well.
