By bler, sinr or any others?
MCS selection based on SINR.
SINR Target adjusted based on BLER.
In Nokia Fast Uplink link adaption (F-ULA) implementation,uplink SINR calculated based on SRS and DMRS signal and calculated SINR was corrected by BLER value.
