And for VoLTE purpose any specific parameters should be configured using DRX?

Short DRX cannot be configured without long DRX. It is an add-on

When drxinactivity timer expires, UE first goes into short DRX cycle, if no activity is detected for X short cycles, UE goes into long DRX cycles

We can say like this short DRX may lead lower impact on volte drop and improve latency compare with long DRX but less power saving
