And what tool to trace with?

From eRAB modification bts Ip should belong to gNB then it is a NSA user.
In spgw no difference, from MME only eRAB modification.
I don’t think there is a difference from Core perspective the user either 4G or 5G NSA…
In SA, its different.(AMF).

From MSS group trace in Traffica maybe?

Traffica is RAN trace.
If you want eRAB modification IP you need a trace on that interface which is S1-C.
