How to solve Mobile Originating Signalling Failure in LTE?
We are getting RRC failure at the same time we observed data errc connection failures cause of MOS.
Look the timers value of T300, T301, T302.
Check the congestion/load/utilization of cell.
Check if these are TAC boundary cases.
What is your rsrp, rsrq?
Is RACH procedure a success till msg 4?
Looks like msg5 fail.
