How to reset Management Link on Netnumen?

Hello Brothers,

I need support from ZTE expert.

We have 80 sites Management Link is off.
How to reset this on Netnumen?

In UME, there are options to push synchronize.
Don’t know about Netnumen.

But it O&M is down, how would you push reset from OSS until O&M restores?
