Is it possible to know if the RRC Connection Reconfiguration belongs to Intra-SgNB, Inter-SgNB or Addition request process?

Do u mean whether its for LTE co-located NR cell or non-co-located NR cell?

If yes, then you can check with PCI mentioned other than that I am not sure if there is any other info which can tell.
