Implement TM4, RI2 proportion increase and ultimately 64QAM usage increase.

Sorry already using TM4 mode.

Just take into account that since LTE downlink based on AMC, high possibility to get 64-QAM when the path loss/SNR is high, i.e. near to the tower

It is recommended that the value be changed to 100

This is the CQI step at initial access or handover. This is fast as it will be 90 or 100, however, if the BLER goes above 5%, the step will be reverted to 10. If impact seen on HOSR, use a lower value.

its using during link adaptation ,CQI adjustment can be optimized to accelerate the convergence of IBLER to achieve optimal downlink capacity.

improve you CQI then you’ll get more high order modulation, see 3GPP TS 36.213 CQI Table
