How to identify RET label swap issue?

Hi Team.

Huawei Vendor.

There are many sites where labels are not correct and need a way to verify first the ETILT.

For single Cell it’s time consuming.

Normally we aggressively downtilt and up tilt and monitor user to verify and then tune accordingly.
