does anyone know how to clear this alarm? i tried with commands

and it doesnt work. i also tried block unblock cell, restart rru. i want to skip restarting bbu, so is there any other solution?
Hi, @salebgd, check the output RXCDP:MO=RXSTG-402;, if all is in CONFIG then just set correct value with RLSLC command.

I suspect something is locked, failed or misconfigured from RBS side. Check alarms/states on the node st trx, st rru, alt.
There is something wrong with trx 1&2 in sector PET3. Is it STG-637? How problem was start?

yes its 637, i restarted bbu, and now is fine. we have too many this alarms i n network, dont know root cause
Is it happens after power or TN failure? In this case try to set
RXMSC:MO=RXSTG-5,CONFMD=FASTREC;
Check logs lgaevgmr, what comes before this issue.

may be ‘sleep mode’ (TX, cell) are working. Check it.
i tried this fastrec, but again i have this alarm, and now is one trx down, CELL LOGICAL CHANNEL AVAILABILITY SUPERVISION CELL SCTYPE CHTYPE CHRATE SPV BG_PET3 TCH FR 1 END. Alarm showed at 19.54h and i dont have anything before that in log .
We are getting mixed signals here in rxmsp print everything is working in st trx print trx was disabled, was the print done right after rru restart, cuz it takes some time for cells to get back. Also make RLSLP print. Mybe just someone changed alarm thresholds or config like setting off VAMOS.
Can you share this output for problematic STG when alarm is active, pls:
