How to differentiate n77 and n78 bands as they overlap?

In RRC connection Reconfig msg, check freqBandIndicatorNR it will identify the band as N78 or N77 and not just use NR-ARFCN

By design, LTE/5GNR User Equipment (UE) will only transmit (including n77 and n78 bands) after receiving the Master Information Block (MIB) and the System Information Block (SIB) from base stations.
This information is necessary for the UE to join the network.
Accordingly, transmissions on non-allocated bands cannot occur because there will be no authorized base station device operating such bands.
This is in line with what is done with 2G and 3G protocols, to ensure that the UE will not transmit on bands that, even if supported by the UE hardware, are not allowed in the US.
