How to collect UE log file for any handset?
With handset app, but it is not free.
Use nsguru or cellularpro for qualcomm chipsets and export it as csv or dlf.
Both are very good replacements of TEMS. Much cheapper and official use everywhere in the world. One is 50 usd per month the other is 25 usd per month but needs root phone and stock ROM. Not easy to install and prepare phone for them but there are tutorials on youtube how it can be done.
