Also, what differentiate on Blind CSFB and RIM?

Basic difference is with RIM.

Iit’s not mandatory to read SIB message by UE.

So reducing your call setup time with RIM.

It improves fast return to higher layer / LTE when UE in 2G data / active session through 2G BSC.

Not many device supports RIM🤔

Most of the Rel 9 UE support RIM.

I remember it only improves call setup time during CSFB by skipping SIB message reading.
