How many users can be scheduled per slot in NR?

Most of time it’s 273 prb use with 100 mhz for fr1.
Can anyone tell how many users can be scheduled per slot in NR?

@Tech_Playon, Thanks, but any idea for users scheduled number per slot?
Like in LTE we have per TTI users number.

For Ericsson, in its latest release it support up to 4 SE/TTI.

Please check, it must be per slot in case of NR.

Yes, its per slot. For both SA/NSA.

With configured scheduling and semi-persistant scheduling as well as MU-MIMO, theriotically we can go above 273

Hi NR Experts.
Considering SCS 30 kHz with PRB 273 BW 100 MHz per slot, how many users can be scheduled?
Case for single SSB beam per sector.

Single User MIMO

• Up to 1 UE 2x2 MIMO (DL) is scheduled per slot per cell
• Up to 1 UE 4x4 MIMO (DL) is scheduled per slot per cell

Multi User MIMO

16 MIMO streams DL and UL MU-MIMO

• Up to 8 UEs 2x2 MIMO is scheduled per slot per cell
• Up to 4 UEs 4x4 MIMO (DL) is scheduled per slot per cell

I think @cheikh789 has given Answer for this.
Actually no of user depends on whether its SU-MIMO or MU-MIMO.
MU-MIMO can be used for PDSCH and PUSCH to enhance the DL cell throughput and UL cell throughput respectively . and also, it can be used for PDCCH to enable multiple users to use the same CCEs (Control Channel Element) resources which will increase the PDCCH capacity and enable more users to be scheduled at the same time which will decrease the PDCCH overhead and increase the PDSCH capacity.

Currently, most of the vendors are supporting maximum of 16 layers in DL for PDSCH which
can be used for 4 users assuming each user will have 4 layers or 8 users assuming 2 layers for each user or even 16 users assuming 1 layer for each user. For PUSCH in UL, maximum of 8 layers can be supported. While for PDCCH in DL, maximum of 4 layers can be supported.

I think what you are saying is partly irrelevant to the question of Mr. @ankgitm
In single user mimo also you can schedule some users in 1 slot it is all depends on the vendor capability.

In early software of N vendor it is 4 UE per slot for both UL/DL. If you activate CB006667
it becomes TDD in DL/UL 7, while in FDD it is 12. It slightly changes based on your baseband equipment, either you use beamforming or cpri or ecpri based HW.
Hope it helps.
