How many RNTIs UE has to monitor to decode PDCCH in a slot at a time?

If UE is expecting SI then SI- RNTI (for SIB decoding), if paging then P-RNTI, if waiting for Random Access then RA-RNTI.

But for how many different RNTIs UE has to do blind decoding in a slot?

UE will decode all RNTI’s one by one.

CRNTI as well for UE specific search space

The type of RNTI UE has to decode varies depending on the situation (mostly RRC status). Of course, modem stack force UE to decode every RNTI but it would be too much overhead.
